Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Rinse the chickpeas in a strainer then place them unto a baking sheet. Gently pat dry with a small kitchen towel to absorb the excess water.
Add the olive oil, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and smoked sea salt. Toss well to coat the chickpeas evenly.
Place in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until they are golden and desired texture. Remove from the oven and cool for 10min. Serve right away or store in a seal tight container in the fridge to enjoy later for a perfect afternoon snack!
